Refund policy
✔ Returnable Product
- Only Ubtan can be returned within 7 days.
- Must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- Customer pays return shipping (unless the item was damaged or incorrect).
❌ Non-Returnable Products
- Shampoo
- Hair oils
- Face serums
- Sale items
These items are consumable/hygiene products and cannot be returned.
⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 7 days
- Send clear photos/video
We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
💷 For UK Customers
If your parcel returns to us because of:
- Wrong/incomplete address
- Missed deliveries
- Customer mistake
➡ We will refund only the product price.
➡ Shipping charges will be deducted (as it’s not our fault).
💰 Refunds
Refunds are only given when:
- The item arrives damaged
- The wrong item was sent
- A returned Ubtan is approved after inspection
